Police responded to the Jamestown Village Apartments, 2501 Maryland Rd, for a report of a vehicle theft that had just occurred. Officer met with the complainant who told the police that a female he had met through a dating service that day had just stolen his wallet, one of his house phones, car keys and his vehicle. The complainant, told police he picked up the female at 26 and Lehigh in Philadelphia. The complainant then told police they drove back to his apartment. Once at the apartment the female asked the victim if she could take a shower since she had been in her clothes all day long. The victim allowed the female known to him as “Tasha”, take a shower. After “Tasha” was done the shower, the victim took a shower. When he finished his shower he found that “Tasha” had left the apartment. This is when the victim noticed all the items missing. The victim’s wallet contained $200.00, a debit card and his driver’s license. “Tasha” is described as a black female approximately 34 years old, 5′7″ 175 lbs, black shoulder length hair and a tattoo across her chest. The vehicle stolen is described as a four door 2008 Silver Honda Civic with Florida plates. The Honda has damage to the front driver’s side area from a previous accident. Philadelphia Police were alerted to the stolen vehicle.
